Founded by diverse women leaders, Omega Phi Chi strives to give women from all walks of life the opportunity to grow intellectually, professionally, and provide resources to assist their fellow sisters not only while in college/university, but throughout their entire lives. With values in not only in academic excellence, but in community service as well, the foundations are set for all to be successful in all aspects of life.
