The first multicultural sorority in the United States, Mu Sigma Upsilon was founded at a time when women were striving for a degree and higher education. Created for the purpose of celebrating and encouraging diversity in life, and now with 63 chapters across the country, and growing, the sisters of Mu Sigma Upsilon have a community where they can celebrate each other’s cultural backgrounds and differences, while still being a support group to help every sister.
