Created as the first Latino-oriented fraternity at their university, the goal of Lambda Theta Phi was to create a place for Latino men to gather, work together in brotherhood, lift each other up, and practice tradition. These men provide for each other the resources to be successful in education, professional avenues and in becoming the world’s next great leaders. Whether in small groups, or in their communities, the brothers of Lambda Theta Phi are creating dedicated fathers and shaping young men into the best they can be.
