Founded: April 6th ,1987, Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas

Founded with the goal of improving the leadership capabilities of Hispanic women at Texas Tech University, Kappa Delta Chi has been successful for over 20 years in becoming the strongest Latina-based sorority in the South-West. Though a Latina-based organization, they welcome any women from all walks of life, regardless of race and background. Promoting values of Honor, Unity, Integrity and Service, the women of Kappa Delta Chi have donated over 40,000 hours of service annually to their communities.
