Encouraged not by the growth of the fraternity, but rather the influence they have, Psi Sigma Phi strives to lead by example. With a great understanding that multiculturalism should be celebrated and encouraged, the brothers believe that every person, no matter race, creed, religion, or status, is equal and should be treated as such. With these values behind them, Psi Sigma Phi has created several scholarship opportunities to give everyone a fair chance at a college education.
