With the ideals of cultural diversity and individual strengths, Kappa Phi Lambda was founded to be an organization that embraced the Pan-Asian culture, while fostering academic excellence and service. With an emphasis on service and giving back to their communities, the sisters of Kappa Phi Lambda have truly made an impact across the nation, with 28 active chapters and 3,000 initiated members.
